97 youths in Serenje to undergo training under 2024 CDF funding

Mukushi district will be able to send young people to the Handsworth Institute of Health Science and Technology in Lusaka and Ndola for life skills and driving instruction thanks to CDF funding made available to the districts by the Government of Zambia. Another group of youth is scheduled to leave for the institution once they have confirmed that earth moving equipment is available at the Ndola campus.

The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development has approved over K39 Million for various community projects under the 2023 Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in Kawambwa District, Luapula Province.

The approved amount is for community projects, grants, secondary school bursaries, women and youth empowerment and skills development in both Kawambwa Central and Pambashe Constituencies."
